Mission High Water
In 2018 the Mission High Water (MHW) team will attempt to be the first mixed team to successfully complete the combined scuba diving mountaineering ‘Three Lakes Challenge’ in aid of Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance.
The MHW team met whilst working together at Vobster Quay Diving. They have decided to embrace their love for both the outdoors and underwater through attempting a challenge like no other! After spending so much time quarry diving, they decided to take their 'pond-dipping' to a new level...
Those who take part in outdoor activities in the UK rely on our emergency services when things go wrong. However, operational costs of the DSAA helicopter are £1.7 million per year – equating to over £2,500 per mission.
The DSAA receive no direct funding from the Government or the National
Lottery. They rely almost entirely on charity support. The DSAA are essential
in ensuring rapid treatment.
We have set a £2,500 fundraising target to cover one helicopter mission.
